How to proceed:

1. Email or ring for an appointment.

2. Discuss options : quantity, paper type and size, font, ink colour, etc.

3. A free quote will be sent to you within two working days.

If you decide to go ahead:

4. On receipt of text, the finished artwork will be sent to you by email within two working days. You have the
possibility to make as many changes as you wish, and the revised artwork will be sent to you for approval.

5. Once approval has been given, you are kindly asked to pay a deposit of 50% by cash or cheque (made
payable to “inTouch” Stationery).

6. The artwork will be sent to the printer who will then provide a final proof, which will be emailed to you
within two working days. Minor changes can still be made at this point.

7. Once final approval has been given, your stationery will be ready to collect within approximately five
working days.

8. Orders to be collected from inTouch Stationery. You are kindly asked to pay the balance of payment on
collection of your order.
